02 What our service is
Oasis Senior Advisors is a senior living referral and advisory service. We help seniors and their families understand care options, identify communities that may fit their needs and budget, coordinate tours, and provide support through the decision and transition process.
- We provide personalized, knowledge-based recommendations from our network of vetted communities and providers.
- We help you understand levels of care and general approaches to funding senior living.
- We coordinate introductions and tours and remain available for support.
03 What our service is not
It is important that you understand the boundaries of our role:
- We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing care, or case management.
- We are not a licensed medical, legal, tax, financial, or insurance advisor. Any general information we share is educational only. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
- We do not own, operate, manage, license, or control any senior living community or care provider.
- We do not guarantee availability, pricing, admission, quality of care, or outcomes at any community.
- We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a community or provider.
Always do your own due diligence. We encourage every family to tour communities in person, ask questions, review contracts carefully, and check state licensing and inspection records before making a decision.
04 No cost to you
Our advisory service is provided at no charge to seniors and their families. There are no fees, retainers, or obligations for working with an Oasis advisor. You are never required to choose a community we recommend, and you may stop working with us at any time.
05 How we're compensated
In the interest of full transparency: Oasis Senior Advisors receives a referral or placement fee from participating senior living communities and care providers when a family we introduced moves in. This fee is paid by the community, not by you, and does not increase the rate you pay.
We strive to make recommendations based on fit, not fee. We may not have agreements with every community in your area, and we will tell you if a community you're interested in is outside our network.
06 Your responsibilities
To help us serve you well, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about care needs, budget, and preferences.
- Promptly inform your advisor of material changes to the situation.
- Independently verify information that matters to your decision, including pricing, availability, licensing, services offered, and contract terms.
- Make your own decisions regarding care, housing, and finances.
07 Third-party communities & providers
Communities, care providers, and professional partners are independent third parties. Any contract, lease, residency agreement, or service arrangement is solely between you and that provider.
Oasis is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, care quality, pricing, staffing, licensing status, safety, representations, or business practices of any third party, nor for any dispute between you and a provider.
08 Communications consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Oasis Senior Advisors and by communities relevant to your search via phone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide — including by automated means where applicable.
Consent is not a condition of receiving our service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or telling your advisor directly. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
09 Website use & restrictions
You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, crawl, or copy content or contact information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
